Our new built residence is made by well furnished, wide and bright apartments. We decided to have high competitive price policy giving to our guest the possibility to choose among three kinds of apartments:
- classic: studio apartments or two room flat
- superior (with sea view): studio apartments with sea view
- suite (with sea view): studio apartments or two room flat with equipped terrace and balcony with sea view
We apply different kinds of rates in connection with the kind of our customers stay (in fact we have daily rates for short breaks and weekly rates for long holidays, and we also apply particular discounts for very long reservation)

The weekly prices are indicative and may be change (in excess or in defect)
Services included in the price:
- towels and bed linen;
- initial cleaning and midweek cleaning (every three days);
- indipendent access h24;
- the apartments have: equipped kitchen, tv, airt conditioning, etc.;
- all cosumptions;
- internal car parking;
- elevator h24 and apartments for disabled guests;
- terrace with solarium (from june to september).
On demand services:
- internet Wi – Fi in every apartment (extra price);
- rent a car with a partner agency (from € 40,00, with collection and delivery in the airport);
- transfer service from/to the airport with a partner agency (from € 30,00);
- taxi service from/to the old town of Trapani (1-4 persons, € 10.00);
- breakfast service in bar at 150 meters (€ 3.00 per person);
- convention beach at 100 meters (30% discount on beach chair - www.islablancabeach.com);
- bicycles and scooters hire with a partner agency;
- partner restaurants and pizzerias for lunch and dinner;
- beach towel renting (€ 5.00 for three days).
On demand extra equipment:
- cots for children (€ 10,00 per night);
- espresso machine, "my way LAVAZZA" pod (€ 2,00 per day / € 10.00 weeks);
- microwave (€ 2,00 per day / € 10.00 weeks);
- extra bed adult (15,00 € per day).
General conditions:
- check-in: from 13.00 am;
- check-out: within 10.00 am;
- long stay: obligatory final cleaning or weekly (€ 30.00);
- in some periods there are limitations in the number of nights of stay (Minimun Stay). In high season we accept reservations of minimum 7 nights;
- Easter time (from Good Friday to Easter Monday) is considered high season.
Offers and discounts:
- children under 3 years: free stay;
- children between 4 and 10 years: € 10,00 per day;
- long periods: possible rebates and discounts from the tenth day.
Conditions and payments:
- for confirmation of booking is required a deposit of 30% of the total amount (preferably by bank transfer);
- in case of last minute reservation is possible to confirm without the advanced fee;
- at the arrival it is possible to pay by cash or credit card;
